I have never heard of a choes sleeve taotto, so I Googled it (great tool to use for searching by the way). Apparently nobody else has either; doesn't pull up in search engines. Be sure you have the phrase spelled correctly.As far as designs go, at least with regard to temporary (henna) taottos, there isn't any difference among designs in how they feel. It's just dye applied with a paintbrush essentially no broken skin and no needles like you get with real taottos. It's like drawing on your skin with a marker. That's why they disappear within 10 days or so. The design itself is up to you. If you want a sleeve taotto then you would need to draw a design (of your choice) to cover the full length of your arm like a sleeve on a shirt. That's why they call it a sleeve taotto.
